Hi All

I need to build a software that need to be able to be localised to take in
languages other than English. But I don't have any experiences in this area.
Can anyone help me by telling me how to go abt doing this or supplying/directing
me a good article on this? I do have an existing software that is in English
but don't really know yet if this could be used to be localised? If by chance
that this software is to be localised, how then would I go abt localising
an existing software to languages other than English? What are the requirements
needed for both cases? Pls help......
