Client Certificate

Hi Mandar,
Nikolay is right, this is 99% an issue with xenroll.dll - the caveat though
is that you may need to request your website owner to update his certificate
server webpage to use a newer CLSID which is installed by the latest version
of xenroll.dll

Ask him to install the version available from http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;323172.
I'm assuming of course that you're using a default IIS / CertSrv combo.
