Is it possible to change the keyboard from within a Java program? The environments
is Windows 98 and 2000 and I need to be able to switch between Swedish and
Chyrillic (Russian). Now, this is done by manually toggle with ctrl-shift.
The inputting is done into a JTextArea and the program knows when to expect
Swedish and when Chyrillic. I know this will violate the platform independency,
but I can live with that if someone has a solution.
