Having a very strange bug from a client,

It seems every so often when using our app they get all the save names back for every user rather than thier own username. (the username is held within a sessiona and the save name records come from an sql server database) .. could this be the session has died? but shouldnt this then return nothing?

or has someone cam across this issue before and shed some light on where the problem could lie?
