I made a survey with Adobe Deisgner 7.0. I posted it on my webpage for my cusomters to fill out. I put an e-mail submit button on the page. I've been receiving the surveys but when I open the page I get this error. I've never used Adobe Designer so maybe I set up everything wrong.
Can anyone help?

Thanks,
Jeanna

But I see it's empty fields .. I think the whole problem is with your email client that can't correctly display this xml format .. if it's attached to the email download the file and follow list instructions above .

I did. But when I try to open it in either a spread sheet or have it autofilled into the original form, nothing happens. There is no data displayed.

As I told u it's originally empty fields , try to send yourself an email using the survery webpage , with real non-empty data , if it continue making this , so I guess the problem is with survery design itself or maybe your website server don't allow active sever [this one is rarely] .
