I am currently looking at moving a set of internal programs that are written using VB6 into a browser interface with an ASP back end. I may change the back end in the not too distant future.

I am wondering if there is any kind of DHTML editor that allows the developer to create GUIs visually in a manner similar to VB but is not bound to dealing with a particular back end either J2EE or ASP.
