Open URL in main window

Hi all,
I've made an Explorer Bar for Internet Explorer which shows an html page.
My problem is that when I click on a link from the explorer bar, I cannot manage to open it in the main window of IE .
Can anyone help?

Can you post your code here? Without more info, it is impossible to tell what you are doing wrong.
