I need a vbs to create a service at Windows Firewall->Advance->Location Area Connection->Settings with the below settings.

1. Description Of Service = SAV_2397
2. Name of Ip address of the hosting server = 192.168.1.55
3. External and Internal port = 2397
4. TCP
