I downloaded the app using the following link (17 kb):

I want to split the form between the ListView(top) and TextBox(bottom) control horizontally. It worked and splitted in a good way. But the problem is that it always splits to the position where only the 5 items in the ListView are displayed on the FormLoad event. The rest huge part is filled with the TextBox area. So that the Textbox area looks big in comparision to the ListView.

How to manage the splitter using the downloaded app?
