I am not sure that this is the right place to post this, I apologies for that if am in wrong place.

I am writing a Macro to get the consolidated reports from different sheets on the same book. The index sheet having a unique number for each items the other sheets having the different details about the item and it all the sheets will refer the item with the unique number.

Now, I want to know how to search the unique number on all the sheets on the same workbook by entering the required number on a particular cell.

Please help me on this to get rid on this.
