I have a big plan on creating a web project.
The basic idea is that people will submit text and pictures in it,and it will work like a blog.
(I have very little knowledge)

I want to find a text of a simple program in VBasic that will be like simple forum, so i can remove parts out of it and make sourt of a blog base out of it.

People will submit rich text and pictures.
I will censor 'em and they will be posted on the website.

I will not tell full idea.
When website will work, everybody will be able to see.
