Hi,

My name is David Lee. I have been working all over the world as an IT consultant for the last 20+ years.

In that time, I have had my share of fustratration when working with quality frameworks such as BSI, Six Sigma, CMM, etc. and feel that such initiatives have only a limited effect.

I am now hoping to contribute to the software quality debate by approaching software quality in a different way and am now researching a PhD on Software Quality and how it may be affected by national culture.
