Query the Network
Hello all,
Cell_ID is one of the network parameters that a handset can query (in c++), & obtain, from a base station. Some other such parameters include:
- LAC
- Net
- Name
- Signal
CellTrack is one such application which clearly displays the above mentioned parameters.
Anybodys got an idea what other information can be queried? Especially, information relating to the health of the network e.g. channels in use.

In most cases, the handset includes an application that offers graphical display of all this information, as well as security hints. You can also download such apps for free from several sites but you have to be specific about the hardware you're using.

I am currently in posession of Nokia 6600 & Nokia N93.
Would appreciate details of applications offering the required functionality.
