Anyone have experience with DeviceAnywhere?

Hi there,
Has anyone used Device Anywhere (www.deviceanywhere.com.) from a company called Mobile Complete? Im thinking about trying the service for a mobile application Im developing for some major carriers (Verizon, Cingular, T-Mobile etc.) In particular, does anyone have experience using the service?
Any feedback would be appreciated.
From what I understand from the Web site, DeviceAnywhere gives you full access and control of dozens of live handsets, remotely from a standard browser. You upload your app and test away, all video, graphics, audio, and every key pressed during the test gets stored in a database for later access and review.

Pretty neat, especially since we can review the data with co-developers in different locations in-real-time

I haven't heard of this service, although the idea of storing every debug session and then reviewing it later, or replaying it isn't new. I'm abit skeptic though. You can't assume that everything they tell about their product works like magic, especially when it comes to supporting multiple models and brands. And besides, there's always the question of $$ -- how much does it cost and is it really cost effective? Sometimes, you don't need all these heavy cannons to debug a simple app. My advice: try to look for a trial period before you commit yourself.

And no, I don't work for them and don't shill for them either.

In doing some testing for a call managment startup I had to use them after finding out that T-Mobile stores have only mockups, no live handsets to test.

They seem to have gutted some handsets and hooked them up so that you can really truely use them from the website. For example, when I typed a special character on my PC keyboard I could watch the character get strobed into the handset just as you would, entered the "zero" key several times.

It's $20/hr, which seems like a low cost way to test on several handsets on several carriers. They pretty much offer the major carriers in the San Francisco Bay area.

I recommend them highly - go for it.
