My db opens a form to enter new or modify training sections by department and program name.

Currently trainees are selected one by one but normally all trainees are required for every program. There is a drop down list in a linked subform to select the trainees.

Is there a way that when entering a new program the subform defaults to include all trainees instead of manually selecting each one? I was thinking by way of using a control button "Enter new program" on the form that would bring up a new record and automatically select all employees.
