This is a specific opportunity for only the most enlightened software developers. Our client is making enhancements on a trading system that must process hundreds of thousands of requests in real time. Needless to say multithreading or in-memory database experience is a plus.

The company is very progressive with an environment and a culture geared towards excellent design practices. It is located in midtown Manhattan in NYC, though non locals are welcome to apply.

The reqs are as follows:
- 3+ years of experience in the software development industry
- Expert knowledge of C++, UNIX, STL, sockets and real time systems
- Familiarity with distributed systems, Boost and trading systems are a plus
