BoldTech Systems, Inc., a Solutions Firm that has "quietly" established a national reputation for successfully tackling the toughest business problems facing our clients, is looking for a number of Software Engineers and Architects at various levels of experience, for full time or contract employment. Our critical area of need right now is in the Java/J2EE space, and we are looking to bring on 15+ people in the next 60 days, both as organizational/perm hires (our preference), and/or contractors. Experience levels can range from 2 yrs to 8+ years. This is a local client to Boldtech, in Denver, CO and there would be no travel. However, candidates must be open to future travel.

BoldTech Software Engineers perform or participate in systems analysis, design, programming, configuration, testing, debugging, and documentation using a variety of technologies in multiple industry domains.

BoldTech Solution Architects lead, architect and manage all phases of development and delivery of custom software solutions, COTS package implementations and other technical solutions in multiple industry domains. They create and oversee the high-level solution architecture for large projects and across multiple projects. They provide blueprint solutions for enterprise level application. Solution Architects play an active role by interacting with our client's business and technical personnel to fully understand their business needs, issues and risks. They provide daily direction to the project team to ensure appropriate understanding and implementation of the overall solution architecture.
Solution Architects are BoldTech's visionaries, and in this role, they help drive the development and refinement of BoldTech's architecture frameworks, service offerings, models and other reusable assets.

*Critical skills include excellent interpersonal communication and effective problem solving.

* Consulting experience is a plus
* Experience with Agile or Iterative development methodology is a plus
* Experience with BEA WebLogic, TIBCO, IBM Websphere is a plus
* BEA Weblogic training will be provided
