Citrix is currently seeking qualified candidates for the following position:

Senior Software Engineer Application Security

* Design and implement application security and firewall for the Citrix NetScaler product line
* Design and implement advanced web application firewall functions

Qualifications and Requirements
* BS in Computer Science, MS preferred
* Minimum of five years of proven design and development skills in complex applications and systems
* In depth knowledge of Unix and TCP/IP, with thorough understanding of systems programming and high performance and distributed systems.
* Outstanding C programming skills
* Expertise in the design of algorithms and data structures
* Expertise in algorithms for pattern matching and content transformation

Preferred
* Good understanding of HTTP, including experience with HTTP proxy development
* Domain expertise in security and firewall technologies, preferably work experience with a web application firewall company.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Team player
