Senior Hyperion ESSBASE Developer

Primary Responsibilities:
* Acts as a member a team of Programmer Analysts who are responsible for the operation and maintenance of Citrixs Business Intelligence applications.
* Defines, designs, and implements solutions within scope in response to a business need.
* Works to coordinate modifications with other Application and Infrastructure teams to ensure complete solutions are defined and implemented.
* Works according to existing Change Controls Procedures.
* Monitors and supports Business Intelligence applications to ensure the highest level of system availability.

This is an on-call position (rotating schedule) and requires that the individual provide for a means of contact 24/7/365 while on call as defined by the Mgr, Business Intelligence Team.

Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree or equivalent experience is required.
* Must have in-depth knowledge + experience of creating OLAP cubes using Hyperion ESSBASE.
* Must have experience creating reports/dashboards through Hyperion Reports and/or Analyzer or equivalent Hyperion application (if within System 9 BI+).
* Must have experience administering Hyperion (security, application updates, maintenance, working with technical support).
* Experience implementing/administering Hyperion Planning a plus.
* Must be strong programmer with T-SQL or PL-SQL skills.
* Must have experience using Microsoft SQL Server 2000 or above.
* Must understand Data Modeling concepts.
* Experience creating/maintaining star schema data models a plus.
* Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Must be able to work independently and as a team player and adapt to role assigned.
* Minimum of 3 years experience in Data Warehousing/Business Intelligence.
* Minimum of 3 years experience developing/supporting Hyperion Bi applications, including ESSBASE.
