ASP.NET 2.0 and Bundled Crystal Reports Issue

We just starting having an issue wear all of our working sites error out Crystal Reports and in development we can notset up a new Crystal Report Source. We get a type inferince error and Visual Studio crashes everytime we drop the Crystal Report Source on the page.

This just started happening today fater the Servers were patched...any idea why?
