i m suppose to make a project called as complaint management system in asp.net ... where in if the user has a complaint he will mail it to the service provider...n then after resolving the problem a mail will be sent back to the user...all the transactions will be stored in a database......if anyone has related codes or can help me in anyway please do....thank you.
