Anyone know how to access the IIS Lockdown Wizard ??

Hi , I'm trying to open up my project and now I'm getting a message saying that the applications and services are currently locked up and to change their status I have to use the IIS lockdown wizard .
Anyone know how the heck I can access this IIS lockdown Wizard ? :SICK:
