I used vs.net 2003 for crate web appication but got error a message
"The Web server reported the following error when attemping to create or open the Web project located at the following URL"

why do i can not create it?
Please help me about this problem.

OS : Windows XP 2002 SP2
IIS Version : 5.1
VS.NET 2003 Version 7.1.3088
