virtual webcam
Any one know how to virtual webcam, that is instead of webcam we can play movie files. If anybody knows plz help me.

virtual webcam? webcam don't play movie files, they record them. generally speaking webcam serve as a broadcasting stream of images to someone else or taking photos. They don't play movies. Now, a virtual webcam? What does that do? Do a virtual person sit in from a virtual computer and run a virtual webcam and web cam chat with his virtual friend?

thanks for responsei mean virtual webcam means, instead of broadcasting live images , it has broad cast a movie file.
like if a person is watcing my webcam , who is seeing not my live images ,istead of that i have to braod cast a movie file.
so many products are there in market , known like virtual webcam , fake webcam like this.
The actual meaning is simulate the webcam.
if anybody hav any idea of how to do it in .net plz advice me
