How to Enable Indent Option Items on Edit Toolbar

Hi All,

I am using VB.Net 2003. When writing scripts, I tried to use the text Indentation options( Increase , Decrease) on the Edit Tool Bar. Somehow or rather both these options are disabled. I tried to enable it but no joy.

Enclosed is the screen dump. Please advice how to enable it.
