How can a button bring a specific tab into view?

Hi, I have 2 tabs showing. Diagnosis and Treatment Tab. The user fills in the Diagnosis tab. I would like to put a button that brings up the Treatment tab to make it easier for the user to understand that he HAS to fill the treatment tab as well.
How can a button bring a specific tab into view?
