Hi everyone,

I need help in my project that's about creating an OCR-like apps.
The problem is that i dont have any idea about it. I am using C#.

This is the scenario, i have a picture with some texts inside it, and i want to search some texts and compare it.

I have only this in my mind:
- Convert the picture into text, and then read the text.
- Read the pictue in binary that can be read easily like text.

Am i correct ? Is picture can be read in stream ?

I hope my questions is not confusing. I just want to get idea how about it. I hope any one that who has already have experience with my problem want to share to me and all the people in this forum. Some url links and sample source code will be greatful. Many thanks in advance.
