Hi

I want to create a VB program in excel where the user enters a part number into a ComboBox then it searches that particular number from a data file and then it grabs the bin location number ant it places into a TextBox.

Five years ago I found a VB sample program in excel called book store and I was able to follow and understand VB and I was able to do some vb programs. My questions are the following:

1) Were can I find this program
2) From the Microsoft press I purchased a book called Learn Visual Basic 6.0 now but it show you the basics. I need a book that shows more samples of programs. What do you recommend for a beginner
