I am missing the resource editor as an option from the Add-in manager. I have been searching MS for a downloas since I can't find my CD. Does anybody know where I can download this from?

No you can't download it, its part of the VB package.Open VB, select View/Toolbars/Customize... and press the Reset button. Are you sure you want to Reset, click OK. Close VB and re-open.
If that doesn't work then buy VB6 of eBay and try a reinstall. :)
