Ctrl Alt Delete

Ok, I don't know what this happened from, but for some reason, Ctrl + Alt + Delete does not do anything. I think that something is preventing that keystroke. Is there any way to access it without those keys?

are you an administrator in your computer? did you check your personal user settings?

Ok, all of the sudden it started working...
