is there any sdk or API such that i can able to read the contacts from phone to pc such nokia Pc connectivity sdk 3.0 for above mentioned
or some one could suggest me to program in vb for get connected infrared or bluetooth and read contacts of phonebook in phones
any reply could be greatly appreciated

It depends on the mobile phone's model, the server's OS and the platform you're using. I owuld look for VB examples on MSDN, particularly the Compact Framework's APIs.
