General Description:
Project Managers are responsible for planning, managing, and delivering projects. To be successful in this role, Project Managers must maintain a flexible and balanced approach to achieving corporate and client priorities and goals. Key expectations include delivering projects that are within budget, on time, with expected quality, and accepted by the customer.

Roles and responsibilities:
Plans, documents and manages all activities required for projects. Ensures timely delivery of expected products within budget, with expected quality, and accepted by the client.
Work with Product Management team to review/understand business requirements, product roadmap and priorities,
Report to the Program Manager,
Develop project budget, track actual costs, and prepare projections of actual costs Develop and execute project plan,
Manage project resources and activities,
Identify, manage and resolve project issues and risks,
Manage and control project scope,
Develop and maintain project documentation,

Your Qualifications:

Must possess experience in managing software development projects.
Must be articulate and possess good written and verbal communication skills.
Must effectively communicate with all levels of management, peers, clients, project staff, and other stakeholders.
Must possess good organizational skills.
Must possess good project administration skills.
Must adhere to standard processes and best practices related to project management.
Must have ability to understand and document client needs and deliver products and/or services that meet client expectations and enhance client satisfaction.
Must be very experienced in Microsoft Project and/or other project management tools.
Must possess ability to foster cohesiveness between functional teams to drive open issues to completion.

Experience required in the following areas:

Software Requirements analysis
Rational Unified Process
Familiarity with Rational ClearQuest and RequisitePro or similar tools.

Required Skills:

Undergraduate degree or Masters degree required in business, business related, or MIS fields of study.
Good understanding of current web-based technology and software development lifecycle.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a Business/Requirements Analyst role. Minimum of 2 years experience in a Project Manager role.
PMP certification preferred.
