We are a 30 person ISV and will be adding 2-3 persons to our development team between now and the end of the year.

We have three basic product lines:

1. Access 2003/SQL Server 2000 front-end/back-end products.
2. Pocket PC (.NET) products
3. AutoCAD related products

All three product lines are integrated and we are currently porting the Access products to .NET

The positions we are adding will be focused on several areas:

1. Integration with Office 12 (probably using VSTO in VS2005) and Sharepoint.
2. Expanding our Pocket PC offerings, especially adding wireless functionality.
3. Expanding the integration of our products with AutoCAD.

We will consider all experience levels.
