How can I install Sample Access Provider Starter Kit ( http://lab.msdn.microsoft.com/vs2005/downloads/starterkits/#VWD )?
After I double-click SampleAccessProviders.vsi and install it by the wizard, I couldn't find the its Templates in File->New->Web Site window!
