Federated Databases

I need to know the version where I can find federated databases.

I believe Federated DBs must use the EEE version, I would just roll with version7 if you are just starting. I don't know if it is in 6 or not.

Damin,You will need DB2 UDB v7.x Enterprise Edition (EE) or Enterprise Extended
Edition (EEE), note that Workgroup Edition (WE) does not support federated
databases.
