DB2 vs. Oracle
We are currently assessing DB2 UDB and how it compares to Oracle specifically
on an IBM RS/6000 platform running AIX. Our application server is going to
be IBM's WebSphere and we'll be using JSP's to query the database. Just wondering
if anybody has experience with WebSphere on Oracle or just the subject of
DB2 vs. Oracle in general. If you have any resources on-line or otherwise
that would be a great help too. Thanks!

Ed,
DB2 integrates well with Websphere and you will find lots of documentation
on how to do it (Redbooks, etc.). As for comparing DB2 or Oracle, I've used
both in an NT environment(also Oracle on Unix - a while ago & DB2 on mainframe)
and either one would be a good choice.
