is careers.advice,if they really have to master English before come here,
i think a lot of people wont come here anymore... And think about it, not
everyone can really "master" English if their first language is not English!!!

"Ummm" isn't a word in the English language, and "you" is a pronoun you havenot defined. One does not "come over" to a newsgroup server; he logs in.
