Salary survey for C++ programmer

Last time I saw that was on the Microsoft Certified Professional magazine.
They might have an archive on their web site (http://mcpmag.com/). Bare in
mind that you can expect a little higher salary than national average in the
Great State of Texas =) , especially in the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan
area.
