A webdesigner can be estimated in 2 ways.
1. How experienced he is, A guy who is having an experience of more than
2 years will be always in the safe side coz his experience would have taught
him how to go.
2. A fresher which is having a highend creativity. He will be able to do
things good if he gets a good acceleration. But u can pay him less.

I will always preffer a guy who is an experienced hand. Coz he will be
knowing the market techniques more than a fresher.
