Hi Joseph...with some retraining you could turn your older skills into new
fresh ones. A lot has changed since VB2 and Access 2, but you can start
learning VB6 and Access2000 today! It shouldn't be too difficult. The
BASIC language is essentually the same, only expanded. So you already have
a base for it. Your clipper experience can help to learn SQL Server, if
clipper is what I think it is. I honestly don't know was Blaise is...sorry.

With some hard work and determination you can make your skills marketable
and valuable. Todays marketplace as a buzz with IT positions, and learning
the skills of today can get you employed tomorrow.

Plus a bonus is, that you have the legacy skills to any older systems. You
can still maintain them, as well as new systems!
