Would you mind to give some advice to find a job opportunity in USA?

Currently I'm MCSD, MCSE, MCDBA, MCP + Internet & MCT with more than 6 years
of working experience in the IT industry, unfortunately in Mexico the chances
to succeed and be recognized and well paid are just a few, so that's why
I'm trying to hit the american job market now.

But the first barrier that I have faced is that I need an offer, a real well
documented-stated-proven job offer. This is something that not many american
companies are willing to do, due basically, to the legal and immigration
stuff, and the timing issue before an immigrant employee can start to work
and be productive.
