I am currently a 33YO stockbroker. I'm looking to leave the industry and
head back into a technical realm, but all I've ever done is desktop tech
support for Quicken. I'm no whiz kid but I passed my Series 7 with a 90
(a 70 percent is needed to pass). Over the next year, I plan to self-teach
myself in C++ but I am concerned about getting passing the 70-215 test on
my way to achieving MCDBA. I bought a huge Microsoft-endorsed book to assist
me, complete with software, but the MS site indicates that those without
practical, on-the-job experience won't pass. I don't have that, nor do I
have the money for expensive tutoring. Does anyone have any advice to help
me pass the above test? Is it really that hard? Any info is greatly appreciated.
