How can I set a cookie that will store a URL parameter and also the date and
time (in GMT format) that the user entered the page? I want this to be all
in one cookie if posssible, such as: URLparameterDDMMYYYYHHMMSS (DD=date,
MM=month, YYYY=year, HH=hour, MM=minute, SS=second)
