CLR locks up my machine

Hi:
After installing the CLR I'm experiencing random lockups. When I uninstall
it the problem goes away. Anyone experiencing this problem?

it's something to do with explorer. start up task manager and stop and then
restart explorer.exe. You can try disabling active desktop desktop and web
view by going into control panel/folder options/general and use windows
classic for both...

I'm kinda surprised too. It happens all the time when i close the last
explorer instance and try to do anything from the start menu/task bar.

Tried setting to windows classic, but still locking explorer. I'm surprised
I don't see messages all over the place about this.

know laptops are usually more finiky than desktops), and .NET SDK, no
noticed stability problems yet.

It doesn't happen on my test machine, which is just _made_ to cause trouble:
W2K Pro in _swedish_, and as we all know, at least if we don't always use
U.S. versions, betas and just about anything replacing/adding system
components in another language than the OS is creating
a...well..."unpredictable" situation. Still, explorer is just as stable as
it should be on that machine... Strange.
