Visual J++ > C#, will MS help?

I'd expect Microsoft would come up with such migration tool to convert J++
to C#. Remember, the main reason for people to use J++ is developing
Windows app (WFC here) yet like Java as a language.

After all, these are the people who believed MS about J++, now J++ as a
product discontinued, MS cannot just leave them try. Otherwise, who's
going to believe C#, MS can invent a newer language anytime. It's all
about the game between MS and Sun to attract developer community.
Then developer do not deserver wasting time in something possibly not
supported in the future.
