How to make my IE 5.0 to Support with out msxsml3.dll

Is there any particular functionality that you are using from MSXML3 that
MSXML1/2 doesn't provide ? I was recommending programming in the lower version.

I have used the automatic install using cab files and so far no machine has
said NO to the registration.
