Development Tool?

I would suggest that you download a trial of the Xbeanengine from www.xbeanengine.com.
A mate of mine has not shut up talking about it since they started using
it, he reckons he finished his first app after a week. He did not know either
xml or java but had a good deal of cgi knowledge. hope this hepls
