Errors with IE 5, IE5.5

I'm developing the company intranet and my XML work is running great when
I view it on my development machine with IE 6. Others in the office running
IE 5 or 5.5 get an error "ActiveX component can't create object: MSXML2:FreeThreadedDOMDocument"
I'm guessing this is because IE 5 and 5.5 support XSL and not XSLT. My company
supports IE 5.5 and won't upgrade to 6. But will installing MSXML 4.0 really
solve the problem? That's the only suggestion I can find in the MSDN library.

Do I have to re-work everything to XSL instead?

Any suggestions appreciated.
