It seems like that MSXML didin't provide catalogresolver. does any one
know the workaround?
I have a DTD file contain this:
<!ENTITY % special-characters PUBLIC "-//LexisNexis//ENTITIES LN special
characters XML//EN" >
%special-characters;
and physical location is defined in the catalog file.
