I think taht Nokia 3310 does not have support to AT commands, so you need
to use PDU look at : http://www.forum.nokia.com/main/1,6566,040,00.html?fsrParam=3-3-%2Fmain.html&fileID=368.

I dun think you can use PDU for Nokia 3310, you need to use a Nokia proprietary software like GNOKII. This is an open source software.Link: http://www.gnokii.org/
